Where to next?

So I've just been going about this as a leisurely pace. 1017 takes a couple hours out of my playtime so I've been a bit inconsistent.

I'm thinking about changing class soon but don't know which to take up. I'm still a bit confused on the whole cross-class aspect of the game. I'm a CNJ just one level away from 30. And the only other class I've touched was an ACN which is lvl 9.

I've heard there's a GLD skill that improves healing which would be great for me.

If someone can tell me or point me in the direction of skills that compliment other classes, or if you have any suggestions as to what my next class should be, I would greatly appreciate it.

Bard = 30 Archer / 15 Pugilist
Summoner = 30 Arcanist / 15 Thaumaturge
Scholar = 30 Arcanist / 15 Conjurer
Dragoon = 30 Lancer / 15 Marauder
Black Mage = 30 Thaumaturge / 15 Archer
White Mage = 30 Conjurer / 15 Arcanist
Monk = 30 Pugilist / 15 Lancer
Warrior = 30 Marauder / 15 Gladiator
Paladin = 30 Gladiator / 15 Conjurer

The cross calss skills section says you get lvl 10 GLD abiolity that increases healing by 30%
also lists other cross class abilities you can make use of as a CNJ


hmm am not sure how up to date it is because i am new to the game... some parts reference patch notes from 1.0

The Gladiator skill your refering to is convalescence. It increases healing potency on yourself only.
