Downgrading from Standard to Entry service account.

Let's assume I have a Standard account, and in that account, I have at least one world on which I have two characters. Then let's say I want to downgrade that account to a Entry account. Which of the following will occur?

1. The account can not be downgraded at all.

2. The extra character must be deleted before downgrading.

3. The system will pick one of those characters to disable at random.

4. The system will allow me to choose one of those characters to disable.

5. Some other possibility I have not thought of.
