50 Warrior Looking for FC

Hey Exodus! Long story short, I'm a 50 warrior, and in the process of leveling other classes as well, looking to Tank as either Warrior or Pally. I am looking for a FC that ideally has come to FFXIV from another game, has a good rep, and plans to compete on the endgame raiding scene, with like-minded adults. I come from a WoW/Rift background, having raided in WoW from Vanilla-Cataclysm, clearing all Heroic/Hardmode encounters that Blizzard could throw my way as both a warrior tank and priest. In Rift I have done the same, cleared all content up through this recent SL Tier, FT/EE/TDQ/GA etc etc with numerous server/world 1'sts, 2nds etc.
