Chat Log window and transparency

Maybe I missed it, but so far I can't find this setting anywhere, really. Several people I know can't either, and some are saying it's not even an option.

What I'm talking about is the ability to adjust the chat log transparency window, which was available in 1.0. There were several times when the chat window was difficult to read, especially if the environment was bright, and it has gotten to the point that it was starting to hurt my eyes. If there's an option to fix it, I'd love to know about it.

However, if it isn't currently possible, can we please have this fixed. I really would love to darken the background window of the chat log to make it easier to read.

Have the same problem! find it really hard to read the log and changing the colour of the txt hasnt helped.

Please add this option SE!!!
