My thoughts on issue and game. Ideas too.

I played beta 3. There were no problems with servers because there were few of us.

Early access, first day of afternoon, I finally got to play. As I advance leveling up till that point where many players complained that duty finder suddenly stopped working.

Servers got flooded with massive amount of players.

Server errors and etc. Which are understandable that first launch week of MMO tend to have that happen. However, there is no excuse for them not to increase cap and servers. Because they had list of people who ordered therefore they knew how many players will play but didn't bother to do anything about it till almost all of servers got flooded? You know, they could have start complete maintenance on first day but they just only cut the size of servers which fixed duty finder issue but new problem. Not many players are able to log in and which result cause massive amount of AFKers.

I always have been a nice guy to log out for others to log in when I am done. But next day, I can't get in which made me being bitter a little bit. But I just deal with it and keep hoping spam logins will eventually get me in.

I heard many complaints that CS (costumer service) failed to respond. Which that disappoints many of us. SE's CS sucked. I think they need to fire them all and rehire the better people or something like that.

Why Yohsi doesn’t want to have AFK boot system in? That will fix login issues which kicks the afkers out. Afkers prevent the players from able to log in. I know some of you will go like “Afkers will put something heavy on keyboard to keep characters walk into wall to prevent being booted off.” Well they can have pop up sign on your screen asking if you are afk or whatever. No respond in 35 secs then boot you. First choice will be yes because afkers always find way to around that system.

Now my review on this game.

Beside the login issue, the game is amazing in my opinion. In fact, this game is my first time play Final fantasy MMO. You can max out all classes and jobs. There are so many things to do which is usually same as other MMOs. FATE is awesome, I enjoying grind my leveling with FATE. Party dungeons is amazing. Cross classes are awesome as well.

Now for suggestions.

1. I felt this game still lacks of spells for BLM and WHM. In other FF games, there were so many spells.

Here is an idea.

Holy (deals white magic damage. Based on MIND.)

Bubble (it doubles your HP base for time period)

Water (deals water damage to enemy.)

Shock (Major non-elemental damage to one target)

Scourge (Major non-elemental damage to all targets in range, and 75% chance of sap)

Ardor (deals massive fire damage to all targets in range)

Renew (fully heals of HP to all party)

Arise (raises the target with full HP)

Dispel (Remove the target’s buff status)

Shell (Halves magic damage)

Bravery (boost the target’s attack stat for time period)

Faith (boost the target’s magic stat for time period)

Silence (prevent the target from cast the spell for time period. NOT ONE SECOND.)

Oil (plants the oil on targets in range, increases the valuable to fire attacks)

Dark (Deals the dark damage to target)

Gravity (Reduce all targets HP by 25%)

Reverse (Reverses the effects of healing items and spells.)

Confuse (Confuses the target)

Decoy (make enemies focus on you. Basically you are a lure)

CLASS/JOB: I think they should add Time Mage

Here is Time Mage magic list

Haste (speeds up wait time (Skills and spells recast time)

Slow (Slows down wait time)

Immobilize (prevent the target from moving. Still can attack or cast)

Disable (Prevent the target from take action but still can moving around)

Stop (Halts the target for time being.)

Reflect (Reflects back the spells to caster and damages)

Break (Cause the target to turn into stone within time period)

Countdown (Exactly like Doom spell)

Bleed (Saps the target HP overtime. Based on INT, amount of numbers lose HP per sec.)

2. I can’t say anything for skills because I mainly a mage very often. You can add idea for skills here if you want.

3. Increase the level cap please. Level 50 is not enough. I like traditional way, level 99. I am pretty sure others feel the same way. Also it is possible to make this game last longer.

4. Why not add mark hunts? Not hunting log. Mark hunts, like from Final Fantasy XII. Players can create their own mark hunts. How cool is that?

5. Guild battles. Not Grand Company.

6. More mounts. Make flyable mounts.

7. Better looking gears

8. Make more monster summons

9. PLEASE design Yiazmat! The final mark hunt boss with 50 million HP. For FATE
only. Massive rewards! :3. Ton of EXP, gold and seals. Spawns one per day or week.

No system to kick AFKers because they want players connected all the time. It's inherent in the game design. This virtual world is meant to be your third location. As in Home (sleep, food and essentials), work, and whatever free time in-game.
Of course, it would have been nice to regularly reset servers to periodically kick afkers like a week ago so other ppl can play, but this has already been discussed and is moot since server upgrades are being done as we type in this thread.

As for your other game suggestions, waiting to see if the servers/log-in issues are resolved is probably the only thing on everyone's mind. I would like to see Yiazmat though. ^.^ The one day a week at random time spawn would be awesome.
