Allow the option to make the Chat Window fade out

This was an option in v1.0 and I'm unsure if it's still in but I would appreciate it if there was an option to make the chat window fade out and become completely transparent when there isn't any chat or information being processed.

This is an example from v1.0. The top window doesn't have information being processed so it is completely transparent. The bottom window does so it is still in view. It would help to clean up screen clutter when nothing is going on.

I would love this. I knew something was amiss when I was customizing my UI to make it like 1.0
