You all been taking for tools with online chat

Taken* I was in queue at 12:01 pm eastern, I got in at number 66, it toke me over 2 hours to get to number 1 then I got no agent available. I figure they were 2-3 agents at maximum doing a call every 5 minutes.

I reload the page, I am back at 312, toke me 90 minutes to go back to number 1, no agent available.

I reload the page again, I am 311 in queue, toke me another 90 minutes to go to number 1, no agent available.

I just reloaded the page, I am 314. I am not waiting this time.

THERE'S ONLY 2-3 AGENTS WORKING IN NA, the systems boots you when its your turn to keep the queue around 300, that's why its moving.
