Summoner Quests (Titan)

Ok I've shouted in game and in my FC to no response. So I want to know where do I get the Titan-egi.
I'm lvl 35, and i've already fought Titan and I've checked the Thau guild and nothing is there not even the 35 quest to get Fester for Summoner and my AOE Heal on Scholar.
Can someone help me out and tell me where do i go next?

Check the falls in New Gridania where you got your summoner job. She provides you with all the quests for summoner.

Just like Summoner, Scholar job skills come from the same NPC that gave you the mission to unlock Scholar in the first place..... Marauder's Guild.
