Delayed patching due to localization/language?

What do you think is the likelihood of this game having a staggered patch launch between the JP and NA/EU servers?

Or will the patch development team develop the patch wherein both languages (JP and Eng) are ready at the same time?

If it is like in 1.0, all patches in the same time.

Patches are deployed in all four languages at the same time.
