I don't have a new registration code

Hello,

A few days ago when the game was actually released and the Early-Access period was over, I was asked for a new registration code. I haven't received one at all yet (and yes I checked all of my boxes in my e-mail), and I can't find my order on findmyorder.com. I ordered directly through the Square Enix store online. Has anyone else had this issue? I've been wanting to play pretty badly but I still don't have a new registration code nor have I had any luck acquiring one. I haven't been charged for the game just yet according to my bank statement, could that be why? And if so, how can I speed up the process? I've contacted technical support but have still not had my issue resolved.

I've had the same issue, the difference is, I verified that my credit card was charged for the game purchase on 8/27. I've played during both the last beta and Early Access.

I've put it tickets with both SE and Digital River, and both replied with the same "Here's how you download the game" auto response.

I've checked every mailbox I have, and haven't gotten anything on a new registration code, and while checking noticed I never received a confirmation email from Digital River on the purchase of them game (yet I still have the charge on my card).

I'm still waiting on another response from Digital River, but here's hoping.

Any luck? I realized my card has been charged now, but I still haven't received a new card.

Same issue here. charged on 9/3/13. No additional code provided. Account flagged as inactive.

Figured out the issue. There was a second registration code (not the preorder code) that is listed at www.findmyorder.com

I was able to enter that and it allowed my account to be accessed.
