3 times I waited on the phone for 3 hours just to be hanged up on, and that is exactly what they did to me.
I still cant play my ps3 beta characters because the option to start my account WITH the beta characters was never there when I put the cd in. In fact, the only option I had was to CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT, which I did. 1000's of ps3 users know what I am talking about.
I have went through the proper channels, only to get a WE WILL HELP YOU IN 48 hours and a week later .... nothing. Coming up on 48 hours again.
SOE America is slow. They are rude. They should be fired and they should bring in the Japanese who works hard with no attitudes and will get the job done quickly.

Apparently you've never seen a Japanese quarrel lol. I seen a high schooler and an old man get in to a pretty loud altercation just because the old man didn't say excuse me when he was moving around on the subway. >.>
