SE chat support fails yet again

So, I just waited patiently in a queue for Square Enix chat support for over 2 hours. Finally, after making it to the number 1 spot after all that waiting, I receive this message:

SERIOUSLY? I completely understand that the support team is dealing with a ton of tickets and requests right now but this is completely and utterly unacceptable. I accepted the long wait, but having my issue simply tossed aside like this is extremely disheartening. Mind you, this is after submitting an email support request and receiving no response after a WEEK. What a joke. Guess there's nothing to do now except enter the queue again and start from #287, not that I expect it to get me anywhere.

Hah, man that's one big "Fuck you" from customer support. All it's missing now is a troll face in the big white empty space. Sorry man that sucks.

Has anyone here actually been able to chat with someone? If so please teach me what kind of magic you used.

I didn't get any help with chat support but I called and was on hold for over an hour. When I got through the guy that helped me was awesome.

What number were you using for phone support? After a google search I tried a couple different numbers and neither of them worked for me.
