Vote Kick Mechanic in Duty Finder

Not sure if there is a thread for this yet, but something that is definitely needed with a Dungeon Finder system, is the ability to remove players from the group.

And not just to be mean to someone, but mainly for the reason that if people DC or just walk away from their screen for a year, that leaves everyone else in the group, (especially the DPS who have already been waiting almost 30 mins or more to get into a group) unable to complete the dungeon. Has happened to me multiple times, and I know it's a common thing I have been hearing.
