I don't think any site is up yet that has this information, but rule of thumb is that generally camps with aetherytes will have gear appropriate for that level range. For example, if you are intended to go to a camp at Level 25, they will likely sell gear for the L25 range.
If you have been doing your story quests and are up to a point where they are equal to your level, whatever areas you get sent to should sell level-appropriate gear.
My guess is he means what gear drops in dungeons...but same basic answer
No website exists as of yet
If you're looking for something like WoWHead, nothing like that exists yet. With no addon or mod support (yet) people would have to put that type of info in manually.
