YES, I, 292 in the queue

i am now 292 in the queue, and about 40 mins to wait to chat with rep.... so good thing im at work because we all know that 40min = 3-4 hrs of waiting time to chat with a rep and they still dont give what you need... PLEASE OHHH PLEASE FF gods let them fix my issues...
