I do not even know where to start in replying to this.

1) They are implementing a maintenance starting at 5pm PST to address the problem
(maybe you should read the news in your launcher / forums)
2) this is the Technical Support forum, not the community or troll forums...

This game is nothing but Technical Support, so I'd say he is in the right spot.

Youd have to log in to post anywhere else. All these issues are technical denial of services.
