A Summary of what players want and SE need to do!

Reading the posts in technical support I figured its about time to compile a list of the good idea and what SE as a "customer service" should be doing right now.

1. Free one time server migration. (too many friends on different servers)

2. A 2 week free trial extension (lets face it we all got boned from early access and am sure we see a few days of teething problems after)

3. Auto disconnect for idle time like in FFXI with no off option. (max time 1 hour I have kids so I know 30mins to fix dinner isn't enough)

4. GMs in game monitoring and start using that bloody Ban hammer on the gil sellers in game

5. Queues please just give us a queue number instead of the world is full forcing people to DDOS your own server trying to log in.

6. Better way of reporting bugs etc. (Do I really need to plug in the date and server and character ever ytime haven't we heard of timestamp?)

7. A free 3102 and 1017 "I'm a survivor" in game t-shirt or a mount which ever
