More gamepad control

I would really like to see the gamepad functions more customizable. The default actions of the basic buttons are, but I would like to be able to change the functions of combos - things like right-trigger + bumper buttons. This combo tab targets, but left bumper targets the furthest mob and right bumper targets the closest mob, which is not intuitive since I'm holding down the right trigger most of the time in combat. Being able to swap the trigger+bumper action would be great.

Also, turning off/changing the trigger+start button action would be great as well.
