Missing Story Quest

I have finished "Back from the Wood", but I don't have another story quest in my log and I do not see any NPCs with the story quest icon. I have been told that the next quest should be "Tea for Three" and I have gone to Minfilia and the NPC who is supposed to give it to you, but still no story quest icon. Does anybody know where the quest should be or if there is a way to make it appear? Thank you in advance for any help! ;)
