Important Keybinding Issues.

OK so something has shocked me while setting up some proper keybinds..

Mouse wheel up and down (scroll wheel) are not registered at all by the in game keybind system at all.

Now I'm one of those who just loves a certain set of keybinds and not being able to bind my stun or silence to my mouse wheel is really bothering since any other keybind doesn't allow for the speed and precision that the mouse wheel gives for such an important ability.

Now please SE input this in the game as such it is a massive QoL change for many players.
