Missing service account/Characters (1.0)

I'm posting this on behalf of my boyfriend, I've found a few with a similar problem. His FFXIV 1.0 service account is no longer listed on his square-enix account but seems to have been replaced with a beta account? His character was Pawkets Parr (confirming the character exists) here's a screenshot of his Mogstation showing the problem: http://i.imgur.com/a5SExfT.png

And when confirming service accounts, it shows the date registered as September 3rd, 2010, when it was actually registered at the beginning of 2012. As shown here: http://i.imgur.com/Vw1UBi6.png

If anyone can please help, or just at least keep this thread alive for the problem to get noticed, please do, it will be greatly appreciated.

We've been trying to contact CS but no luck, has anyone gotten through to them yet?

I'm having the exact same issue. I've been trying to contact support since Saturday. My first ticket got closed without resolution and I have another pending. Chat support is a joke - wait hours in a queue to be told there are no agents available.

It seems like this is a very common issue yet they haven't even acknowledged it as an issue they are working to resolve.

Currently in que on Live chat support (3rd time today) and I'm waiting on Phone Support, I'll keep posted of how it turns out
