Maintanence to fix error 90000.

So a 3-hour maintanence was put in place to fix the error 90000 problem (and as a temporaray countermeasure to the 1017 problem due to servers being full) in the japanese data center. Got back online after the maintance and 5 minutes later I was thrown out - by error 90000 and got hit by the 1017 error.

So: What was the point of the maintanence if it didn't adress any of the two problems?
