7days login problem, 7 days 1017 error there goes the 2 week welcome back campaign

SE owe us extra week of game play for all welcome back campaign participators. We got 2 weeks of free play because we bought version 1.0. and now with login, server issue we hardly have any play time and 2 weeks nearly gone.
If this login and server issue was not resolve after Wednesday maintenance, it is hardly worth our money to subscribe.

Aren't SE giving everyone an extra free week? I know it doesn't make up for your two lost but something better than nothing.

I understood that according to Yoshi-P, they would give us all an extra week starting after maintenance. Since EA was extended I don't see how your first week could already be used up.

To apologize to our loyal fans who may not have been able to login or create characters during early access and the days immediately following launch, the development and operations teams are currently considering providing all player accounts with an additional seven days to their free trials. This includes non-legacy players from 1.0, who will be given new seven-day free trials. Trial extensions will be awarded after the aforementioned server maintenance on Wednesday. Details on the trial extension, including the extension period, will be released in a separate post as soon as they have been solidified.

I like the way he phrases it, like it's some kind of past issue of not being able to log in, LOL.
Also they are just adding servers, not fixing, or making the old ones bigger, they just want to turn on sales again, not help us play our already made characters.

If you actually read the whole Dev post you would find that at the moment they are putting login cap on servers NOT because the individual servers are overloaded. It is the instance/duty finder server that is working on its limit.

Yes SE screwed up big time by linking 50 individual servers to a single instance server. But from my understanding of the post, they are upgrading the instance server as well as splitting it into smaller components so it would allow more concurrent connections. Once the instance server is fixed the cap would not be necessary on individual servers. (if the fix is implemented successfully without creating more issues)

The bottle neck here is not the capacity of individual servers it's the one and only instance server that is bring everything down
