Luminary tools used to be much stronger. Why did they make something that takes so much time to get equal to a level 50 guild quest that takes 20 minutes to complete?
Is there any plan to update the luminary tools to make them better? or even make it so we can add material or something?
20k+ times mined is a lot for something worthless

I got 7 of em and now im pissed i wasted like a year getting em :/
I completed yesterday the mining achievement, but Luminary did not drop. Do I need to go somewhere to get it?
Yes there is an NPC that gives you your achievement rewards, I forget where he is, though.
Also as with every single achievement reward, Luminary tools are simply status symbols and vanity items such as the Gambler's Crown and Paragon's Crown. They just happen to be useable.
