did not get preorder items in moogle mail

i know this is not at the top of the to do list for you guys but i did not get my moogle mail with all my free items for preordering i let my friend use my preplay code because i was going to be working that week so i did not get to use it any idea what happened to my items?

You needed to use the preorder code from your electronic receipt on a special web page that would enroll your account in receipt of the game items.

After I registered the pre-play code, it gave me a second code that's in a different format. I then entered this second code into MogStation "Bonus items code registration" to get the 2 items.
So if you gave your friend the pre-play code and he registered it, better find out from him what the bonus item code is (and hope he hasn't used it already lol)
