Problems getting the chocobo (Character of 1.0)

Steps:
1. I completed the level 20 quest "Hero in the Making"
2. I just joined the Grand Company Inmortal Flames
3. No NPC gives me the quest "My little Chocobo", but in my quest list appears as completed.
4. The Inmortal Flames NPC dont sells the "Chocobo Issuance"
5. The stablemaster allows me to change the name to the chocobo.
6. Just look for my mounts and I only have the Coeurl.

Is the calamity salvager holding your "old" chocobo from V1? This was where I found mine. Which would explain why you are unable to buy a new Issuance.

I had the same problem, SQ gave basically zero information regarding the calamity salvager, which was introduced at the end of 1.0.

Problem is many of us stopped playing 1.0 by then and never got the news, please keep posting until SQ puts some sort of notice in for 1.0 players, this is ridiculous how many of us 1.0 players who got burned are still dealing with this.
