JP servers.....

So they can do this for the JP servers:

"At the following time, we will be performing emergency maintenance on Japan Data Center Worlds to restart servers as a temporary countermeasure against server congestion and to fix the data of characters unable to log in....."

But they won't do that for the rest of the servers to maybe boot some AFK people and get a fresh restart for servers?

I know, just wait another day for the scheduled stuff to happen and I will wait just like the rest of the people who can't log in. Just pointing out that if they can restart it for JP, then why not restart it for us?

Where did you see that? I can't find any info about how long the JP maintenance is supposed to last. I've looked all over the different English forums but it's like SE doesn't realize that 1/4 the JP server population is NA/EU players who got stuck on JP servers. I can only find NA/EU status reports in English.

What makes u think they didnt do US anyway since it clearly says they did unless u didnt actually read the maintance forum before starting to make a new post about doing the US restarts as well?
