Apparently, they are 240 gil each, and i don't know if it's just labeled wrong, but I assumed it was like every other bait, where when you catch a fish it uses a bait.

I have 31 in my bag, cause I didn't know how many I would need to catch these fish for the quest, and they never disappear. I have caught all 5 of my fish and I still have 31 Crow Fly in my bag.
