So there's probably a perfectly good reason they put a limit on the number of leves you can do in a certain time period, I'm just unaware of it. Think someone can cast a reasonable support of leve allowances for me? Or... Are they just as annoying to everyone else?
You can do as many leves as you want up to 99 maximum, you aren't restricted in how many you undertake, so long as you've accrued the leve allowance to do them - however the number of leves allowances accrues gradually.
It would be a leve spam fest if leves weren't an 'allowance'.

I've left all mine to do when I have a job at a higher level and can earn more from doing them. My leve budget hit 98 last server update, so I'll have to get some done within the next few hours or they'll go to waste...
I keep on saving mine for the lvl 45+ Guild Leves.
And as Kahri said everyone would spam Leves if it werent for the allowance system, which means everyone would instantly get lvl 50 within everything thanks to that xD
Leve's are ment for that extra boost of exp that u want to get within any of the Hands, if u wanna lvl up gathering, crafting or maybe ur 2-7 job^^
I use them only for crafting, as any other method of leveling a any crafting class will leave you brain dead. Seriously, it will leave you brain dead. That's not a joke.
It would be nice if they gave us different allowances for Trade, Field, Battle, and Guild. I agree that they probably want to limit it as it would make leveling to 50 too quick, but not because it would make gameplay too repetitive. I think they would be perfectly fine if all we did all day were Guild Leves, but if they ever allowed that, they would greatly reduce the reawards and they'd probably end up like Guildhests where you do them once and wonder why they're even there to begin with.
You get 3 leves every 12 hours I think?
So to get that 30k guildlevel achievement, you'd need to wait 120,000 hours.
Who thought this was a good idea?
Edit: Additionally, this also means you'd need to subscribe for a minimum of 167 (rounded up from 166.666...) times to even do this. This is about 13.9 years.
If you made the lowest sub payment, that's 2169.33 dollars that you'd have to pay SE
For a legacy player (9.99 sub fee), that would be mean 1668.33 dollars.
Edit2: Okay, I found out that you can make a party of 8 and share quests with each other.
That means now you only need to play 1.7 years on a constant 8 member party to get this achievement.
