At the point where you get attacked after test riding the Magitek Armor, I killed everything but the quest is stuck, talking to Biggs doesn't work, he just says there are more pressing matters at hand when everything is dead. Oddly Biggs is still in the fighting stance.

It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
