Unable to create character config data

This happened to me and I have found no way to fix it. I had a power outage and when power came back on and I loaded my PS3 version, only the toon I was playing when the outage happened gets an error: "Unable to create character config data". I have left the PS3 off for hrs and even had the system check the hard drive. No issues on my side. I have a ticket in but was just checking if anyone else had such an issue. TY.

I also reinstalled all FFXIV ARR files fresh and patched the game only to have the same issue. There must be a glitch in the file system on the character load server. :(
