Magitek Mount can be acquired by completing the main quest story you will receive your mount after completing Ultima Weapon quest. The fights are very fun I might add.
I got a baby bun (minion) through I THINK was the Lazy Laurence fate in East Shroud. Correct me if I am mistaken please.
