With the coming of new servers would that mean SE would be giving out free server transfers for many of us NA/EU players that have been forced to play on JA servers.

It would make sense and I've heard free transfers will be implemented mid September. It doesn't make sense to keep players on servers they shouldn't be on.

This has yet to be explicitly stated and many are asking for an official answer on this.
I for one feel that this is a necessity and started a petition thread asking for this earlier today.
