Kick player from group? Black list commands?

Just zoned into a Castrum Meridianum and we have a tank who has been afk at the start since zoning in and hasn't said a word.

Is there no way to kick someone like this? I tried adding them to the black list as well but have no idea what command that is either.

Tried /blacklist add NAME and /blist add NAME but no luck.

We managed to finish the instance but he left as soon as he got his reward...

This desperately needs to be added. had a tank in Hardmode Ifrit today who was a POS running in his dps gear instead of his tank AF gear and insisted, after both me and the other healer told him he was taking too much damage, that he was fine. Absolutely ridiculous that there is no kicking from duty finder groups.

I'll join this as well. There should be a vote to kick option from DF groups.

So far in my adventures in Eorzea I haven't encountered any one I wish to kick. Sure I've had a few moody gits but it's kinda excepted and if the person said he was going to BRB I don't mind waiting but only for a few mins.

Now the kick feature I can see the good and bad of it. The bad would be if say you and another player fall out over what ever then he kicks you even though you done nothing wrong and was doing your job. If anything I think I would leave and find another group. I mean to kick someone would require a just reason to do so, like AFK for 20 mins or simply not doing their job right and it's your 26 retry.

yea we need kick from duty finder with vote not just the leader choose and kick

The Voting system I like the idea of.

Yes a lack of AFK and booting system is not in place yet. :(

It's a feature that desperately needs to be added as it will help alleviate some of players from the game when they are not playing or being rude.

The only way a vote kick could work is call GM to investigate if someone is really afk, rude, trolling. Otherway it will be definitely abused to kick players that roll for same gear, doesnt perform optimally according to a parser or first-timers wanting to watch cutscenes in last two story dungeons.

So you think we should let trolls/afkers get away with that shit and get rewarded for it, while hurting other players rather then risk it being abused by a few jerks..... Your just enabling trollers and afkers and useless players.

I would rather have a kick system that could potentially be abused then no kick system and have to deal with afk or extremely bad players that prevent you from finishing the dungeon.
