I am so freaking tired of this! I got off work came home early to try to play, and I've been trying to log on for almost 2 hours straight. I keep getting this stupid error 1017 crap over and over and over again. I did not pay $80 for a game to play that I can't even connect to, and I will not pay $13 a month for something I can't connect to. This crap is been going on since open beta, and that's over two weeks. Fix it or give me my money back!!!

Take a chill pill dude. It's not just you experiencing log in issues. Hopefully it will be fixed by tomorrow. Deep breaths before you have an anurism.

Not to sound cynical man, but there's really no point in trying to log in anymore until the servers are fixed. You're just wasting your time and frustrating yourself over something you can't control.

The community that is in the game realized the AFK strategy which has now become a standard strategy to everyone now. And while you can blame them for taking up space, you also really can't... (because they also paid money and are taking steps to ensure they don't waste their money.. yada yada, but that's another topic)
So spots are too scarce to be worth the effort. Best advice is to just go play another game until the servers are fixed. It sucks, but it'll take your mind off it. Then if you can't get on then, well... then shitake has really hit the fan.

Also if it's any collation from my experience and many others as of late, even if you get in you're most likely going to get 90k'd out.

Yes we're all disappointed and you can bash me for saying, "Just wait it out"... but it's really your only option that can keep you calm about the situation. You make this thread it doesn't effect SE, and only serves to bring people to come in and clash on each other.

Try having this issue, as well as, not even being able to see your server, getting world full after hours of not being able to see your character, losing connection to the lobby server, not being able to see the server list again, finally able to see servers but still getting world full errors, and getting random boots from the lobby server even before being able to try to pick your character all day. Then you can be angry.

I'm a patient man. I waited for Bethesda to get DLC for the skyrim on the ps3 and I will wait for this to be fixed as well. I have much faith in this company because they have been solid in the past. And a good track record. It's a good game.

That's nice and all, but this is SE's second attempt to get this launch right and they're STILL mucking it up.

Why would you leave work early to play a game you know has severely restricted logins, during primetime on a day most people aren't working?
