Can't register my game

Hello, I played early access and that code worked fine, but now I'm having a really hard time figuring out how to add my retail code to my SE account.

The code is in this format:

XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

But on my account page on the SE website, it only allows 6-3-6-3 codes and 8-4 codes... When I enter my first key, its automatically deleted by the webpage!

How the heck do I register my game? When I also try to login from the official FFXIV page, it tells me I have no character yet and to come back when I do...

And obviously I can't register my game from here... so what do I do?

Please help!

I also try logging into my account on my PS3, and it tells me to please register my code, but doesn't give me any option to.

iirc that's the download code for the PS3 version to register it to your Sony account. I couldn't tell you more unless I knew what Mog Station says about your account status.

If you're playing on the PS3, you have to go to the PSN store and redeem the xxxx-xxxx-xxxx code.
