2 days now

So how many more days is it going to be before I can login?

Square Enix's "Pay to Wait" program...

My recommendation is either somehow get full refund, cancel, or sit for another few days of 1017 - but honestly, its not worth your life. The game isn't even amazingly awesome either.

I haven't been able to get in for a few days - and can't be fucked to continuously spam for logins to be honest. I just try a few times, if I don't get in - fuck it. I won't be subscribing anyway (and hopefully that means you get to take my queue place!).

I've been trying to log in for the last 5 hours straight. Up until tonight I've been lucky, it only took me 25-30 minutes on average to log in for a few hour session. I don't know how anyone that has had multiple days where they've had no luck slipping through can stand to even try anymore.

I know this is only temporary, but building a new PC to play this after having a blast on the PS3 in beta just makes me feel like an idiot. Praying tomorrow fixes these issues.

Blrgh, back to mashing numpad 0.

I just got the 90000 error. Then got the main menu error. Re-logged and instantly got back in the game (through a queue). Keep trying I guess... The servers should be improved on Wednesday.

I gave up when the official release happened.... and by giving up I mean: I get home from work, start my computer and connect a controller to it. Then I start an episode of Game of thrones and spam X for the duration of the episode... if I get in, I play for about 1-2 hours, log off, then head to bed. If it does NOT work, I head to bed. So far during early access I managed to play 2 and a half hours...and since launch I managed another 2... So I can't say I'm that bad off. I'm however disappointed that they never looked at the pre-sales and adjusted according to those numbers. I shows a real lack of planning and scares me about the future of this game.... but I'll just hang in there.

if you read the maintance or yoshida post u would know that it will be fixed tomorrow since there doing a 10hr maintance. also there giving a week free gametime to make up for it

this is the most arousing game ive ever played. its orgasmic when i actually get to log in.

I'd be interested in a population count registered to each server. While the fixes they're implementing may make the servers run smoother, if there are more players registered to a server than the max count allows the 1017 problems aren't going to change much. Fresh servers will allow new players to create a character and log in, but the legacy servers may still be a problem due to overpopulation. Unless max server capacities are raised and possibly a AFK timer are put in, I have a feeling the 1017 problems aren't going to go away.
