Active / inactive icons display instead of 'check' icons

Steps:
1. Since installation, which was on Apr. 17th, all monsters have their difficulty icon as either a green circle, or a red circle with spikes. After comparing to the lodestone guides, I found that it was the inactive/active status icons that were displaying next to the targets name. Toggling /eicon, /erank, and /names, despite restarting afterwards, does not fix this.
