party - 8 players, tried it with different subset of players the 3rd time to same effect.

D'horme Chimera

11:30 a.m - 3:08 p.m. though likely over course of more then one day, this was 2 hours+

Steps:
Detailed steps on how the issue occurred.
While doing the instanced battle the D'horme Chimera uses all of his attacks but never performs a voice of the ram or voice of the dragon, once we kill him he disappears but the quest does not advance and we do not leave the instance until the time has expired.

Tried this three times, same exact results.
