Graphics issue - Cannot view Elementals, Weaponskills, and opening page/certain cinem

I have a very specific issue with viewing graphics in game.

Let me preface this by saying that I played the Phase 3 Beta with none of these issues.

I can't view what seems to be very specific types of graphics in the game. These include battle animations (weaponskills, skills) regular character animations (return spell, just has me floating and has me pixelate out instead of the normal warp animation.

Elementals and fireflys are invisible as well

I also can't view the starting screen after the Square Enix logo that has :
Start Game
View Opening Movie
Settings
Exit

it is just a bright white background on that screen.

In addition, for certain filtered graphics (like the aura underneath NPCs for battle quests, or the little 'portal' looking black rendered graphics) I can't view them.

This kind of sucks because the actual cinema cutscenes are really chopped down without me being able to see these graphics.

I also have installed the game from Amazon's digital downloads, for the collector's edition if that matters at all.

I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, and that didn't fix it.

Also here's my graphics card for reference:

ASUS HD7870-DC2-2GD5 Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX

As it is able to display the game fine otherwise, and I just updated my junk before using beta phase 3, I would assume that its not an issue with the card.

Anyone have any experience with this? Or know what it could be?

just updated my drivers last night, no progress. Any ideas?

Do you have any custom settings through AMD CCC? I know if you try to force AA options the game doesn't like it (on my end I got weird coloring.)

If all your settings are stock, I'd try reinstalling the game. Possible some of the texture files may have gotten corrupt.

The only thing I changed in CCC is stretching my screen to fit my monitor, I'll try to set it to default and see if it fixes it, but I doubt it will honestly.

I actually already reinstalled the game once from Amazon. I'm thinking it may be the game itself, like you said the texture packs are just not functioning properly or something similar. I would hate to pay twice for the game... I might try to dispute the charge on amazon and order a physical copy of the game
