rant about my personal failure in this game =.=

so i pre ordered the game... collector's edition and all! awesome, then i registered an account on the main SE page... great! and made a SE members account like i'm supposed to... so far so good...

now the problem starts! not so smart me made both accounts on different regions... *facedesk* that's not so bad, make another one! but the new account is on the wrong email address... not to mention, i can't reuse a deleted account's username *facedesk*

THAT problem aside, and i DID start to play... i registered the CE on the wrong service account.... crap. i tried to get in contact with customer support but i can't get a hold of them... so smart me thought... "get a refund and just shove the new CE to the older service account!" and after going through the process, brain goes "...but the pre order's over, what if that service account gets deleted along with the old CE order?" and now i'm scared that i botched up everything....

You can straighten it all out with SE, but to be honest its probably gonna take a week or two. Try their chat service first.

Wouldn't get a refund at this point.

Maybe start by trying to recover the deleted account?

Other than that, sadly, i think you may need to wait on Customer support. (Do you want to be buried where you drop dead waiting, or shall we move the body?)

so far, my request for a refund is pending XD i hope it gets declined though >.>

the account is not deleted so i'm.... safe? ^_^;;
