Unable to load (JP) World list

Hello! I was wondering if there is any way to get around a problem I'm experiencing. I'm all set on logging in and all that jazz; however, the world my character is on (Duranda) -- even though I live in the states will not load the list of worlds and not even allow me access to my character. I am sure you guys have a lot on your hands and I'm very patient, but I just wanted to (as stated previously) find out if there is a way around this problem.
