Pre-Order Head Start Completely Ruined

I would just like to say that having the servers up running still has COMPLETELY NULLIFIED one of the incentives of ordering it before the release date. We have people playing in the servers now, and we have people who are unable to join the server, or have given the repetitive attempts of getting in.

I understand there will be extra given time once this incident has been resolved, but that total amount of time lost does not scale with the people playing in the servers.

Some of us, in the end, are losing hours/days overall IF everyone gets the SAME amount of extra time given. Hopefully these issues can be resolved ASAP.

I love FFXIV gameplay/story, which is why I continue to 'try' and play!
