Server full, no luck logging in...

Now, in all honesty It may well be very disappointing I can't play the game, but my biggest concern is that after hours of attempted connections without getting in once I am left with an ever dwindling subscription period and without a chance to use it do not think I will be parting with anymore money to continue playing an as yet for me un-playable game. I understand you have issues, but would like to know what I get for my purchase of the game, as I believe you stated that the price included a months subscription, but really, if I can't connect as you severely under-estimated your provision did I really get what was advertised or what I even payed for?
