Fell into ground

While walking up the stairs to turn in quest: the Rat's of the Wharf: report to Baderon fell through the ground and landed on the water. Cannot get up on solid platform.

Same thing happened to me a couple of days ago, didn't have teleport so had to wait the 10 minutes for Return to come back up zzzz
