[Suggestion] Let OPs change Thread title

When the forums opened initially I began a debate on Steadfast in the MRD forum. There has been some interesting discussion for and against my proposal and now I see there is a development code that this would fall under [dev 1032].

I returned to my OP to edit it with the dev code and I can only edit the body it seems. Starting another topic the same would seem like a waste to me, can this be changed.

FYI: The thread is titled "Controlling Steadfast" if an admin can add the dev code for me! :cool:
