Perform Restarts of realms

I would suggest restarting servers randomly so it can kick off the people that are afk so others who do log out can get a chance to get back in pls.

and the people who were legitimately playing potentially lose their spot? They should just add an AFK timer and auto kick, no need to "restart" the servers.

What about those who are currently playing a long dungeon and are middle of a boss fight?
