Veteran Rewards - Not Eligible?

Hello,

I subbed for 90 days recurring, but there are no veteran rewards for me to claim. Also, when subscribing, it charged me 0.00 euros for 90 days, is this intentional?

Any feedback is highly appreciated.

My assumption is yes... they don't want to charge people while the problem still persists... until they get it resolved and figure out compensation.... it's why they shut off digital download too...

You could've purchased a time card and applied it to claim your time and rewards immediately

uhhh you have your 37 days free before you have to pay thus you will not get them yet till your free time ends and you pay

I saw characters in game with the items from the veteran reward. It appears they used a game card to obtain them. Makes more sense now.
