who really cares about material license please fix the servers now!

its now been 2 hours and servers are still having issues and the launcher fails to update jp and na/eu status really? i believe most of us have been more then patient enough not to mention shelled out a lot of money considering the company screwed up buying collector's edition codes so when you try to add it to an exist account you cant and have to purchase another. all i want to do is play a game i paid for this is absolutely UN-acceptable as a company to have this huge of a problem when you were 100% aware of how many players you would be starting with not to mention the issue with 1017 was present in beta and should have already been fixed before launch.

that being said i love this game just extremely frustrated with how its being handled this issue needs to be fixed now not in two days not in a week now
