That would make sense. It never has been this bad with all servers up, even during the weekends.

NA's horrible right now as well. EU and NA are in the same datacenter, presumably the big one Square built in Montreal.

In all honesty, I think most people are just going to whatever server they are able to so they don't have to see a 1017... I know a lot of NA players went to JP servers just so they could play...
